Sponsorship & Exhibition Opportunities

  • The sponsorship packages are designed for industry leaders and provides significant impact through pervasive affiliation with the convention and key positioning for you as the sponsor. The conference will have opportunity to showcase ocean engineering and related products through an in-person exhibition. You are invited to exhibit your product or service at this prestigious event, happening for the first time in India.

Exhibition Booth - 3m x 2m

A 3 m x 2 m space with Octanorm walls, 2 chairs 1 table, 3 spotlights and 1 five amp plug point

with waste bin, fascia and carpet.

  • 1 exhibitor 1 attender badges for venue (includes conference lunches and coffee - excludes scientific sessions). Company logo on home page of the PACOMS 2024 conference website.

Application to Participate

  • Participation applications will be taken into consideration solely when the company submits an email request to the conference secretariat (pacoms2024@doe.iitm.ac.in), along with a cover letter on the company letterhead. (*Electronic versions of the cover letter are also acceptable).

Withdrawal/Cancellation

  • Cancellations are to be made in writing (on company’s letterhead) and sent to the conference secretariat.
  • If withdrawn/cancelled before 1 month of the event, Amount paid will be refunded after deducting 20 percent and associated taxes of the total sponsorship after which there will be no entitlement for any refund.

Important Notice

  • Sponsorship/Exhibition confirmed as NON TRANSFERABLE
  • Space will be provided on a first come first serve basis. All exhibitors/sponsors are subject to the approval of the Local Organising Committee
  • The Local Organising Committee reserves the right to change the dates of the exhibition / conference in case of unavoidable circumstances
  • The Local Organising Committee will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred for anytransactions undertaken by the sponsor/exhibitor

Event Cancellation Clause

  • In the event of the entire exhibition/conference having to be cancelled, postponed or curtailed due to any unforeseen reason beyond the organisers’ control, including but not limited to Force Majeure Earthquake, Acts of God, Terrorism Acts, War, Strikes, Political Unrest, Pandemic, etc organisers cannot accept the liability for any claim.
